Waterscapes Wins Gold at Tommie Awards

Our Design for Real Estate division (DfR) attended the annual Tommie Awards held last weekend at the Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna. The Tommies recognize the best in workmanship, design, and marketing in the Thompson-Okanagan home building industry. Waterscapes, Ledingham McAllister’s new masterplanned community in Kelowna’s Brandt Creek Crossing area, was up for awards in a number of categories. We’re proud to say that DfR won gold in the Excellence in Brochure Design in the Multi-Family category for the Waterscapes masterplanned community brochure. DfR also shared gold with Ledingham McAllister and i3 design in the Excellence in Sales Centre Design category for the stunning 6,000-square-foot Waterscapes Sales Centre.
